Charismatic Worship in Northeast GTA
We are excited about what God is doing as we move into the next phase of this vision to see a strong charismatic worship centre in this northeast region of the GTA. We have been working with TACF (Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship) who are about to launch their ninth campus in the GTA. This new one will be in Scarborough and accessible to Markham & Richmond Hill. This new work will be “TACF Scarborough”.
Special “warm up” meetings have already begun at the Radisson Hotel - Victoria Park & 401 at 7:00 p.m. The remaining dates for these warm up meetings are June 27th, July 25th and August 29th. The official launch of the new church will be on Sunday September 27th at 10:30 a.m. with TACF’s founding pastors John and Carol Arnott.
For Hillstreams, except for the weekends these special meetings are happening, we are having Sunday morning meetings at Streams Health & Wholeness Centre, located at:
Thornhill Square Shopping Centre
300 John St., Thornhill (Bayview, between John & Green Lane)
3rd Floor, Suite 324
Note: Park in the North lot by Food Basics. Then come in the mall to the centre court and take elevator to 3rd floor. We are in suite #324.
Our Sunday morning meetings start at 10:30 a.m. (with pre-service prayer at 10:00 a.m.)
We are doing a mix of worship & prayer, revelation & impartation. In addition to continued ministry for all of us, it is also a strategic time of intercession. We are going to go at this with vision, passion & fire. People need the Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit. God intends for revival in the earth, and this region is not exempt in His plans! We're going to go for it.
Prayer
We appreciate your daily prayers for everything working together for His purposes in these next several weeks. It's exciting to see what God is doing. It's also important that we function in authority through intercession to prepare the way of the Lord, as John prepared the way of the Lord.
Start praying! There is a lot is at stake right now; it's going to get busy; we're going to be stretched to the next level God has for each of us and all of us. Start speaking to each other and to those who are not in fellowship anywhere. Now is the time!
